Hello, @RafaelZKai! Please refer to the following points for more information. You can check your current clout level through your in-game profile. It is displayed along with your current popularity level.
1. Clout measures how generous a player is by how many gifts they send to others.
2. Players gain Clout when they send Popularity gifts to other players, but some gifts don't count towards Clout.
3. Increasing the Clout level will unlock rank perks. View the Clout Level page for details.
4. Level Lock: If a player doesn't gain any Clout for a month, their Clout level will automatically decrease by 1 until it reaches O. However, their original Clout level will be restored whenever they gain any Clout in the future.
