does anyone know why my pings so high but i have no packet loss

I have good ping like noramlly but one day it just constantly over 100 ping. I normally have 30 ping and im on OCE. it doesn't feel laggy, like im not teleporting everywhere, but it does feel a bit delayed, for example the kill banner pops up a bit after I actually kill them. does anyone know why?
