Surface Align which by default is on 0.5, you can set to 1 so the surface aligns to the normals.
Now if there are meshes some whose open face is not on the bottom(as the open face is not along the Z axis), but its weirdly set can you send those IDs my way so I can check it.
Yup these are already at 1.0
