Issues with support team

Hi, l'm having so many problems with the support team to get back my account that got hacked. I send them all the infos which they asked for 2 times (I send them payments record too) but I still got rejected. I spend more then 20k on this game and this make no sense to me to not getting any support for a big problem that I'm not the only one has but so many people in this community. Can you guys tell me what should I do? I got the email today but when I check in game claim record is staying still processing.
