Suspicious account activit
I got a email saying there is suspicious login activities on my account, so i downloaded the game to check it out, and there was.
I made a claim in-game through customer service and it got rejected because it is a computer and not a human reviewing my application.
Now i am stuck sharing my account with a hacker because they are no help. And i cant even delete the account because the hacker can just cancel the deletion if they access the account before the 7 days. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

If you still have access and have a phone number linked to your PUBG MOBILE account, please enable secondary verification through your Account settings of the game. After enabling secondary verification, log out of your PUBG MOBILE account from all devices one time, the unauthorized user should not be able to access your account.
If you are not able to access your account, please reach out to the customer service through the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the right side of the screen. Submit another claim and make sure that you provide the customer service with all the required and accurate information. If you submitted your previous claim on a less-used device, please switch to a device you frequently use to log into the game then submit another claim, @Campeon.

It is taking me to where i submitted my claim before where the “system” will decide whether or not my information is accurate.
No point submitting again if a real person is not going to review my claim.
Hello PUBG Mobile Company, my account has been hacked. I have submitted a request to recover my account since yesterday and I wrote all my information correctly. Only the shipping information for the wrenches is incorrect because the shipping information I have is on the date of 2022 and 2021 and these pictures are in hibernation. This is because in the latest update in PUBG Mobile it was removed. Shipping hiatus in 2022 and 2021. Please help in recovering my account
