With a straight fit chino, does a no break work still? (as it does with a Slim?).
Not sure due to the fit/size of a straight fit (vs a slim), would a slight/no break break look... different/odd vs a slim?
I'll probably ask the Tailor for a no break/touching the top of my white trainers (what I've done in the past w/slim chinos).
Thoughts?

It would be way easier for people to weigh in with their thoughts on this if you post a pic wearing the pants (with the shoes you want to wear them with on)
Yeah no break still works
It's just personal preference v sometimes half /full break allows a bit of cuffing if you want to
I do think heavier chinos work better with no break or cropped chinos. Just because they feel and visually drape better
But that's going into online fashion hyper fixation mode
End of the day do what you like. No major difference with pants breaks v slim/reg fit
