if your streaming directly from console and your using the twitch extension, no its not possible as you would need to use a browser source or a widget and twitch doesnt allow widgets with extensions

I asked this same question last week on reddit and someone suggested i look up Retrospy vision usb lite, though you'll still need a pc it just sends the data from your controller to your console AND to your tower/laptop.( You would still have to use a stream service Streamlabs/SL console, OBS , ect.. Browser Souces for Gamepadviewer. ) The site and product look a little SUS but im assuming its just made by a dude thats tech savvy.

All controller overlays require a PC because only a PC can intercept your inputs and subsequently render them in an overlay. Controller overlays can only be used with browser sources, which are just <iframe>s, and because of security reasons, Twitch will never allow <iframe>s in an extension.
