platform wide incident, you will have to wait for it to be resolved
+ 1
the team is looking into it, an incident should be called soon
Where can I see the incident?
an incident has yet to be called at this moment
team is likely focusing on seeing what's gone wrong instead
I must say that this becomes very often...
I'm sorry this is impacting you, the team will be working to resolve this asap
nice! yeah i also noticed my project cannot be accessed, but the deployment seems to be active
incident has been reported, please keep an eye on #🚨|incidents
This is making the usage of railway very problematic for us ...
yeap, same here... starting to think about alternatives
Hey all, first off- I want you to do what is best for your business, if that means we can help with a migration or setting up a failover in Cloudflare- we can help.
We have been dealing with hostile traffic over the last week which has been affecting different parts of our systems. In this case, it is an attack on our EU proxy which is affecting workload availability.
I am terribly sorry about this as I know you need to trust Railway to deliver your workloads, but understand that we are working day and night to get our platform to meet your needs.
@Gizmor can you check if it's up for you?
Still down

Thanks for offering the help, but frankly, we have migrated from Kubernetes (on GCP) to Railway to simplify our devops. Having a failover service would just add additional overhead that we do not want.
And now I completely lost my trust in the reliability to have a production environment deployment on Railway (just by checking the #🚨|incidents page, it seems there were many incidents for the last weeks...) – but this one is critical (more than an hour of downtime), and we are loosing customers because of this.
I know that you are working hard to meet the standards, but this is a critical part of our business and we cannot put it on jeopardy.
Understandable. There is nothing more than I can offer in this moment than our transparency, an apology, and a refund if you'd like. If you email us at [email protected], we can try to make amends.
Now all my servers are down...
We are still attempting mitigation for those services, I apologize for how long this is taking but if there is any solace, that we have everyone on the Railway team actively mitigating this outage.
incident has been mitigated, closing out
