Finance industry compliance (SOC / WORM)

Hey all, I'm semi new so I hope it's ok to ask here, but I am a freelancer I recently got approach with a project for a financial advisor. I'm a bit hesitant to take the project on bc of the compliance factors involved. Particularly WORM storage and SOC-2 compliace. I know that most web hosts are SOC-2 compliant, but I can't seem to find any really discernable approaches to WORM storage practices and guidelines. Wondering if anyone here has any experience with these types of projects, any and all insight would be greatly appreciated! Whether or not I can take this particular project on, I'd like to versed enough to discuss these issues with clients in the future so any thoughts are welcome. Thanks!!
