Help , The kill Sounds not working
Are Killsounds disabled or not working? It only works on the radio from what I tried
(and yes, I noticed that in the audio options the kill sounds are not muted)

Kill sounds suddenly being unable to be heard after the update is due to a bug revolving kill death effects. To temporarily fix this problem to hear your kill sound, change the kill death effect where the body parts do not separate. [Good examples are Tentacle, Sniped, Scorched, Ice, etc.]

im oretty sure the kill spund comes from a body part, and if that body part gets flinged too far the audio cannot be heard.
Make sure you enable this feature and add the correct ID
