unknown number linked to my account
Hello. I haven’t played in a long time but I open my account sometimes. Then this year, when I opened it, my game name has changed and even my clan. The server changed, and the country. Someone has been using my account and linked their mobile number. I can’t unlink it since it is not mine. I tried to seek help to pubg but my request has been rejected. What can I do?

Hello, @ʀɪʀɪ! Please make sure that you provide the customer service all the required and accurate information and submit the account recovery request from a device that you use more often to log into that PUBG MOBILE account.
If the customer service cannot approve your request, your only option is to contact them again and make sure that you provide them all the accurate and required information. Your other option is to create a new account and continue playing the game.
Hello, Krafton reached out to me earlier and wanted my friend that is number 1 in my popularity and that is in another country to guarantee that it is my account. But I can't provide yet since he hasn't responded fast because he is working. I already gave the UID of the 2nd popularity but it seems that they don't want that. They also asked for the 3rd one but I can't since that friend of mine is no longer using his account. And now that my top popularity responded, I found out that I can't send a message anymore because krafton unfriended me.
It saddens me that this is the kind of support PUBG can provide to its customers. I am the owner yet it looks like I am the the one who stole the account.

This is a scammer who would attempt to steal your account. Please block and do not interact with the user. The only way to contact the customer service is through in-game. The email for the customer service is service@pubgmobile.com,@ʀɪʀɪ .

Kindly reach out to the customer service through the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the right side of the screen. You can submit an account recovery request through there.

What can I do to get my account back? Before talking to that scam krafton, I am already restricted to open my account since the other person that is using it enabled the secondary verification that can only get from the their number. They turn off the secondary verification for my email.
