justhost email issues

Hi Cloudfare team I have a Justhost account and created an email address for my domain www.redmarketingfirm.com Email address is info@redmarketingfirm.com Been having issues sending and receiving emails for months now. Contacted the support team of justhost and they reply back with the message in the pic attached in this message. I am wondering if this can be fixed because I use it for my business. Thanks

Ah looks like you have records related to your mail server proxied probably a CNAME. You need to unproxy all records related for email as Cloudflare does not proxy SMTP
