Misunderstanding
Well basically I logged in to a new device today, and it says this.. it might be considering the new device as a suspicious activity, but it’s just my another device, how do I enclose this message then?

If you believe that it was you who recently logged in to a new device. Then there is no need to worry about it. Usually, whenever a new device logs into the game, The Recent Account Security System marks it as "Unusual Login" for non-trusted devices.
