i want to contact the support my account is hacked and i did the account recovery and it didn't work
how can i do this?

Hello, @3mokonan ! Please make sure that you provide the customer service all the required and accurate information and submit the account recovery request from a device that you use more often to log into that PUBG MOBILE account.
If the customer service cannot approve your request, your only option is to contact them again and make sure that you provide them all the accurate and required information. Your other option is to create a new account and continue playing the game.:neon_white_heart:
so i can't chat with a real person
and my money that i spend on that account
i provided them with all the accurate info and required information and my requet go rejected
i don't know why they removed the contact what a bad idea
as you can see someone linked my account with his number
and now i cant login in
i send a 700 request to solve that problem

Based on the feedbacks about the customer service quality, Tencent needs more human customer service agents to take care of account recovery requests and achieve the quality that of Steam.
Though, you are responsible for the security of your account.
i have never seen a games company do that but ok
