i tried to login for looking into my shop but i dont get the verification email i tried multiple times but i dont get the 2fa code? please help

check if your email is changed, or you're on the wrong email
im not on the wrong email thats what i know but i cant check since im in the hospital and i cant look in via browser

this happened to me too, when i went to the settings in the website, it said an eeormhas occured.
im just so curious why i dont get an email rnš
