Usage Alerts Clarification

The docs state:
Usage limits are available for all users on the Pro plan and for users on the usage-based version of the Hobby plan.
If I'm not mistaken, I'm on the usage-based version of the Hobby plan (see img). Yet I see no place where I can set limits/alerts.

Solution:
your limit is defined by how many credits you choose to load

I guess this means I load credits So why does it say "Usage-based" subscription, if the definition in the docs is different?

Usage limits are available for all users on the Pro plan and for users on the usage-based version of the Hobby plan.
If this is true, and what you said is true, then I should be able to set up alerts/limits?

Yeah but that's different because that's always a hard limit, with no prior alert.

as long as you have usage alerts enabled, you will get alert emails
