??? Happens when your client can't ping the data centers where the game servers are iirc.

I don't think it's your wifi if other people are having the issue it's probably something else. Who's your ISP?

No worries. Actually try restarting your game client first, it'll force the game client to reping all of the datacenters Looks like you're not able to ping through Riot Direct's network (Riot's ISP). Virginia has a location where you can enter in through Amazon's network; so it looks like you're able to get through there.
