My Val account got suspended even though I didn't do anything wrong
Hi everyone, I just wanted to have a talk and see if anyone else has experienced this before or know what's happening. I'm not here to flame or get into any sort of arguments, I just want to know some things and see if it can be solved. A couple days ago I was playing Val, checking out my store then logged off, later on in the day I load back on to play with some friends and it says my account has been permanently suspended due to third party software's. Which I don't have, the only sort of software I have is valorant tracker, which is allowed. I submitted a ticket to riot support and got told that there was no malicious compromise and that the suspension is correct. He then told me that it will be fine because he sees that I've been doing well and making progress on my second account, which I don't have, I have only ever had one account, followed by, that I'm going to reach an immense? which I don't understand. We kept going on for a little bit before explaining to him that i created a new account to log on and test if it works and that I've been hardware banned. So I literally cannot play Val on this pc I have, I only have one pc. After telling him this, he carried on telling me that my progress on my second account is good and that the case is now going to be closed. Please can someone try help me out here. Thank you! PS - I have never been banned before, not for toxic behavior, hacks or chat bans.
