Account Banned
Hi! My main account has been permanently banned for some time now, I keep submitting tickets to riot support because even when I got banned for "Cheating/Usage of third party softwares" and was explained that once you got banned for that, you'll also get hardware ban. But I've been playing on my alt for months 1 and a half months now and I'm doing completely fine.
Context for when I got banned: I took a break for a few months and got back to playing but then I logged in and it said I was permanently banned
I spent a lot on the game.. and it was all the savings from mg allowance as I am a student, it saddens my heart that I got banned so out of the blue, can anyone help me?

The error code
Van 152 indicates a hardware ID ban. This ban typically lasts around 4 months. You can appeal and discuss your ban on the official support page by using the link below.

not on this discord. all help you can get in through a ticket in support, and they will automatically be closed by a bot, since the ban massage says "this action will not be reversed"

A ban dont always mean hwid but if you got ban the second time you probably having something not allowed, by example,
2 player on one account is a ban for cheat but not hwid most of the time,
botting is ban for cheat but no always hwid

hellooo, no I've never had anything of the sortπ₯Ή Though I suspect that the "third party software" was my mouse's software I use to adjust my dpi
You can try to appeal the ban using the support links above. You can explain your theory on what triggered the ban (mouse software). They can check what triggered Vanguard
