Hello , I need Help. one Of my colleagues just created a New Railway account and Immediately subscribed to the 20$ pro plan Subscription. But Money Has been Deducted from the Account but there is an issue. I would like to Have A Meeting on Google Meet with One of the members of Railway Official Members.

What is the issue?
Please provide more details. Is it just that they accidentally subscribed to the Pro plan?

Just created an Account and Purchased a 20$ pro plan , then team Created and Now unable to deploy any Apps on 20$ plan
looks like you haven't paid that 20$ invoice yet

then you'd need to email [email protected]
I contacted the bank and got to know that money was deducted but never got transferred to railway.app. It got bounced back.
