With game centre is isn’t possible
It may not be possible to use a profile picture from your device gallery in the game while using the Game Center login method because it is not possible to upload a different profile picture in the Game Center, @LU3KY. You may need to link a different social media account to your PUBG MOBILE account, use your preferred profile picture in that social media and sync it within the game after logging into game with the same social media account. After that, you can log out and log in with Game Center and you should be able to use the profile picture.
