Please refer to #faq sub point 2.12 for more information regarding account suspensions, @π£ RENO π£. Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service regardless of who has been using it.
In the future, for your account security, please make sure to never share your personal account information with anyone and make sure to enable secondary verification for both your social media accounts and PUBG MOBILE account.
For further assistance with compromised or stolen accounts, please contact the in-game customer service.
