For the custom button size, size: "large" is there a way to specify the size?

It means the chat bubble button (bottom right corner) is bigger than the default size
Yes I've tried it but my question is can I specify the size rather than just choosing between three preset options.

It should not depend on your Typebot instance. It depends on the embed lib version
