Database Pricing

Hello, excuse my somewhat dumb question. I'm new to hosting on railway. for scaling a database 1gb of postgresql means 10$ or 0.25$ ??? cuz i see these two prices. Im assuming Memory means ram but i just want to be sure

Solution:

if your postgres database uses 1gb of disk space that would indeed be 25 cents, but there would also be additional costs for memory, cpu, and egress usage
