Simple way to install/run Affinity Designer?

I'd like to use Affinity Designer on Bazzite. There seems to be a rather convoluted setup process involving a custom version of wine that one has to compile itself: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/182758-affinity-suite-v204-on-linux-wine/
Now I wonder - since Bazzite's aim is to make windows games and apps work out-of-the-box - if there is a simpler way to do install Affinity Designer without going through all this.
Anybody got experience installing Affinity Designer on Bazzite?
