Any way to run Zapret?

So there's this program I used called "zapret" that's available on github.
My country's telecom overseeing organ is being an ass (as usual) and it has decided to block the Cloudflare servers of a game I like.
Upon trying to use it, I am prompted to create a systemd service but then it's somehow not there.
Please help me to find out if there's a way to run this program. I need it for way more than just games
