Still can't buy vps since the new bundle got out

So since the new bundle got out i've tried to buy vps with my card and it's not working. Says that an error occured and i have to try later but it's been days and it's still not fixed. The problem is not coming from my card OR my pc because i had a friend to try for me on their pc and the same error occured.
