fps drops

Ok so idk what happened but recently after the patch note update my games fps is dropping sometimes for reason when someone ults it drops and I didn’t have any issues with it before and also I have my games fps locked to 60 also I have been getting a high ping issue as well and my duo is also facing the same issue can someone plz tell me how to fix this
