What can be a good combination with this long sleeve white shirt?

Like it, but can't figure out what to buy to make it work

I will be very honest: I don't think this is a very nice shirt and I think you'll have a hard time making it look good. Do you already own it? What do you like about this shirt in particular and how do you (want to) dress? Visual examples, so pictures, would be the most helpful.

Not saying this to be rude at all, but I think this is how you end up with a bunch of stuff you won't wear and can't match with pre-existing pieces. It's not a good buying habit either, to just go "ooh that looks fun" and impulse purchase.
