Game stuck on starting screen (new player)

Hello, my friend had been stuck on starting screen before the tutorial for more than 18 minutes. How to fix?

close it run cmd as admin, netsh int ip reset netsh winsock reset ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew ipconfig /flushdns then restart ur pc
