Smurfing
I think valorant needs to add something like prime so people can buy it and they only play with peolpe that have "prime" to stop smufs get in lower ranks and ruin the game.

People who get something out of playing in way lower lobbies will happily pay for new accounts to do this. One of the only ways Riot can improve things is to add a solo-only queue and to speed up matchmaking to move players to their skill group even faster.
But Riot isn't doing nothing. Since a lot of players play Valorant because they can play with friends, Riot has decided to favor premades and balance lobbies even so some players have a much higher skill level. You can tell this when someone on either team has a lot of kills and the match outcome is still even.
If this happens, things are actually working properly.

and cant even get higher
