I put the 43inch monitor back up and been using for 1+ week that bitch gives me constant headache and eye strain. Is it me?? Is it the monitor?? Sitting about 2.5 ft away.
Not looking to go blind π

I would try lowering the brightness and getting a pair of computer glasses or applying a blue light filter
My regular glasses have screen defense (as I think of them) filters in them and my eyes relaxed a lot on a much smaller computer
Increasing the font sizes can also help

Brightness is 10/100 or 0/100 most of the time. Any higher and my eyes cry
