Secure boot is required
You can’t just delete it

Oh, reading that is quite a surprise 😵💫, I'm speculating here but what probably fixed your issue @MONKEY D LUFFY was Vanguard flagged your machine as vulnerable (Van: Restriction) and uninstalling Vanguard was a temporary fix... Again, speculation

My install path is c riot games

vanguard path doesn't matter
and always will be at c drive
