My project costs went from an estimated $5 to an actual $15 suddenly overnight. This is impossible, my site has not had any unexpected increase in visits which have remained normal. Please help.

Memory $10.0044 / Egress $5.5164 . I've been using the same project for a year and never had this problem.

i was in the hobby plan (usage-based). but now i need to pay 15 dollars to unlock it again. i won't pay 15 dollars now because I'm sure it's a bug

Hi, it looks like your hobby plan ran out of free credits and your subscription was cancelled. I'm guessing that's related
I just reactivated your hobby plan and sent you a new invoice. Please see if that works for you? If you still don't want the Hobby plan, then I will void the invoice I just sent and I can migrate your account to the Trial plan. But I hope this fixes your site.

I can't upgrade, my card keeps getting declined! I also receive these SMS from my bank's anti-fraud office. I have used the same card in the past and never had this problem. Please help.

I gave my consent, but as you can see when i try to subscribe to hobby plan i get the message "Subscription already exists" this is not related with my bank
