Jump King crashes to steam

Hi, i just got my bazzite setup done on my Rog Ally, but when i head over to play Jump King, the game just straight up crashes back to the DeckUi or Desktop UI (depending on where i launch it from) right when you are allowed to control the character. I've tried with and without proton toggled in the settings. I know this game works on linux and on fedora, since i did play it on nobara. I've installed it both on the internal storage and on SDcard. Any suggestions?

Perhaps delete the prefix and run it again If that doesn’t work, verify files

Sorry, which prefix? Its cleanly installed multiple times + verified files

If that doesn’t work, rerun the game with
PROTON_LOG=1 %command%
PROTON_LOG=1 %command%
and post the log in your home folder here The compatdata folder For the game ~/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/1061090 You can also try running it with GE or Proton Experimental

It auto suggested experimental, did try 8.x as well

I've got no clue what i'm looking at and for, but is it missing a xml serializer?

An update for the game just came out yesterday. Maybe the issue is universal Because that error is a VC++ error with incorporating files

Oh, I was not aware of that. In that case I will just have to wait and see if it gets magically fixed by another update. Thanks for the help Oh yes, it was the latest version that is broken for Linux. Did a force download of the previous one. Now it works Downloaded the depot: 1061091 with manifestId: 5166329579570595453
