False ban no reasoning

so you have to spam them
Mate I have been perm banned last week because of hacks even tho I dont hack I opened a ticket and no one has got back to me
hi i have been banned for hacking a 126 days ago they said it will be an 120 day banned for my hardware and 2 accounts and my game still aint working i tried so many times contant valorant support and sinding tickets they just say we will see whats up and nothing happin please help me 😢
