false ban with no appeal
I was banned for using "third party applications" i attempted to submit a ticket but it automatically denied me, for context i havent played in 6 ish months and suddenly am banned i started using jbl sonar (not a software that tampers with the game in any way) for my headphones and am wondering if i can get my account back?

Submit a ticket and describe in detail the issue, as well as what 3rd party software you’re running. Staff here are not Riot employees and won’t be able to assist on the issue.
