Auto-update failed. What now?

I have a template using one of my github repositories - Template: https://railway.app/template/XjMVyQ?referralCode=Bc2Iiw - Github repository: https://github.com/ai-made-approachable/rivet-chat-api/tree/main Besides my source project of the template, I also have a project using the template. Today I did a PR and updated my github code. Railway offered me to auto-update. I pressed okay and I got an e-mail that it failed with no information. Some more infos - The source project for the template updated my service without any issues - The source repo of the project where the auto-update fails has full railway permissions (see screen) What to do? I really need to fix this issue. If people want to use the solutions I share with that template, they need to be able to update.

AI made approachable
e56dfe9f-6156-4d7c-a5c7-ee4f8037aa7e Still happens... every time. Does anyone at Railway care? Not giving you any error logs is 0 helpful. Isn't this a core feature that should work? And keeps failing. And fails for people using my template. Great support here from railway ...

please remember that this is community support, as a hobby user community support is what your plan limits you to, for direct support from railway you would want to be on the pro plan
AI made approachable
Yeah I remember. But there is a difference between professional support + not caring about bugs. I also saw your replies from the past telling people that you are not able to help (as railway returns no error messages that help anyone to do something about it). This is a known issue for a while. And railway can be a company that is interested in keeping people on the platform and creating and sharing templates for others to use (and for railway to make more money) or you can ignore issues of the "plebs" and try to force them paying more for a not-working product. I would gladly invest more if the devs cared about issues with their product. And it is okay if there are bugs as long as there is a place to report them and a chance they will get fixed. But for now: I highly recommend people not to invest their time and start on another platform. I regret investing my time here.
