I think I had tried adding my bank card too many times and it now says the card is declined

Hi Admin, I had tried adding my bank card for payment too many times now unsuccessfully (as there was a banking issue with my bank card) and it now appears to say my bank card is now declined. The banking issue has now been resolved. Can I ask how long do I need to wait before I can add my bank card again? Would really appreciate any input. Many thanks.
