buy the tiers with kc
its just 10 tiers but they seperate it into 2 "chapters", you need the previous tier to buy the next one, you can buy multiple tiers at once if the cost is low enough
somehow i have all of fade and yoru chapter 1 unlocked and i never used lc on them??
and then i have only the first item of chapter 1 unlocked for sage somehow

at the start of the game did you unlock those agents with the 2 free ones
