account hacked

In December I got a suspicious email saying my account was being logged into in another region. They added their phone number as a secondary login and I am now unable to get back into my account. I submitted an in app claim that got denied. I got an email tonight stating that it’s applied to unlink from a social media account. Is there anyway to get my account back or delete anything associated with my email. This is a major security concern. Thanks

Okay, I did reach out but it got denied. What else can I do?

Please make sure that you provide the customer service with all the accurate and required information. They may not be able to proceed with your request otherwise as they may not be able to verify the ownership of the account. :hehe:

I did this but it was still denied a second time. I think it’s because I got a new phone and hadn’t played on this device.
