UC GLITCH
I have bought 8100 uc from the midasbuy! And i got but at the times of opening crate its shown 8100 uc to 56uc . Please help me! I have video proof also! What can i do🥺 please help me out!

Hello, @GOG乄SMOKY! Please check your currency turnover for UC through the customer service menu by using Customer Service option located in your Account settings of the game. If there is no recent currency turnover data available, and if you believe that your UC was deducted without using it in the game, please reach out to the in-game customer service for further assistance.
Its loaded 8100 and it cut again itself 8034? How? Any idea? What is this? Pubg is this glitch? What to do now? Please help me

Check game mail, it will tell u if uc has been deducted, they will only do that if you have refunded uc recently
You can do so by clicking on the "Contact Customer Service" button at the bottom.

But till today i only refund 15$ worth uc
I tried to get refund previously as it wasn’t loaded at the time of buying! After 24 hours it loaded back! But I didn’t get refunded worth of 8100uc
But they took 8034uc now
Idk what else to say
They refunded me 16$ and cut 150$ aud uc
It says you had a series of refunds. That means your UC score goes into negative when you spent them. All future UC purchases will be deducted form the still owed amount.
For your case that would be 8034 UC.
If you didn’t chargeback your money then make sure that your bank account covers the amount you purchased else this happens.
At the time of purchasing uc it didn’t loaded , after 24 hours it got loaded to mine account so I requested for refund and then only the 16$ worth refund i got from PUBG else i got uc the very next day of purchasing so it got declined but also they deducted 8034uc now! Thats little confusing for me!
That is because you must have spent UC at some point that were later refunded. Ingame it won’t show a negative UC counter. Instead they get deducted when you buy UC again. In short don’t refund, it can lead to a ban as well.
