I don't see how that is Cloudflare related, and the answer is going to depend. What key strength, mode of operation, etc are you using with AES?
The whole point of encryption is to protect confidentiality. So really this question is "Am I using the right settings for AES to be secure/securing my key right", which is a whole other topic
