If you have forgotten your login credentials or your account has been compromised, you can try to recover your account by heading to the link below. Permanently banned or deleted accounts cannot be retrieved.

I already made a ticket i think i use my ign name instead my username.
Any proff of transaction ID work right?
Just give them all information they may need. Transaction information, original credentials, other sensitive information that only the account holder would know, etc.
