disable back buttons (LGo)
My back buttons are emulating A and B on the right, and X and Y on the left. How can I prevent that?

So yeah - it turns out the easy solution is to choose a different controller in the decky plugin. 🙂

you cant, steam behavior
you can switch to using the normal dualsense variant
and rely on the top paddles being clicks for doing remapping
in steam UI, unfortunately steam forcibly defaults them to ABXY
but you can change them in games using steam input
Is that the behavior for Steam under windows too? If so, I never noticed!
not sure about windows, i never tried using a dualsense edge on windows. but it might be the same behavior

i don't own an actual dualsense edge to confirm, the LGO controller is the closest thing to a real one that I own lol.
Only Xbox elite and dualsense edge have back buttons
Steam deck I don't know the defaults, but it's steam
