Solution
Close vanguard in task tray if it’s open.
Open cmd as admin and enter:
sc delete vgc
&
sc delete vgk
Then restart the pc and remove the Riot Vanguard folder from your program files
Open cmd as admin and enter:
sc delete vgc

sc delete vgk
Then restart the pc and remove the Riot Vanguard folder from your program files
