Using sddm2rpm to theme SDDM

I'm trying to use sddm2rpm (https://github.com/Lunarequest/sddm2rpm) to install Sweet SDDM (https://store.kde.org/p/1334945). I built sddm2rpm inside a fedora distrobox just fine and it builds the RPM from the theme tar just fine, but when I try to rpm-ostree install ./Sweet.rpm on the host, I get

error: Invalid refspec rpmostree/pkg/._2FSweet/1.0.0-1.noarch

Any pointers here?
