Installing SDDM theme

I'm trying to install this SDDM theme, am I doing this correctly? (I ran

sudo cp -r WhiteSur-6.0/ /etc/sddm/themes

sudo cp -r WhiteSur-6.0/ /etc/sddm/themes

) (yes, I refreshed the settings tab)
