If you are unable to receive the verification code, please check the following :
1. Ensure that the email address you entered is the same as the one you have linked to your game account.
2. Check whether you have whitelisted these 2 email accounts:
* [email protected]
* [email protected]
3. Check whether the verification code is in your spam folder.
4. Avoid requesting a verification code too frequently. If you have already made multiple attempts to request a code, it is recommended to wait a while (at least 24 hours) before trying again.
* If the problem persists, please contact the in-game customer service. Refer to subpoint 5.4 in #faq for further information.
The service doesn’t do anything
I understand your concern but unfortunately cannot help you with this any further. Please contact the in-game customer service regarding your issue.
