The second image looks like your internet provider blocked the website, while the first image is something I have had trouble with in the past. I don’t know a permanent solution but I do know that if you end the task (riot client) and reopen it and let it load, it tends to let you in

basic things u should do:
1. restart ur router
2. restart ur pc
3. try different dns
4. run cmd as admin,
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
then restart ur pc

Are you usinga vpn?
If so, thats most likely the issue

alright thanks guys
idk was exactly was the problem but i restarted my latptop, opened valorant, valorant crashed, restarted latptop, opened valorant, valorant crashed laptop and the same process 3 times in a row and now i think its working
